At BJ's PJs, we want you to be perfectly cozy in your new sleepwear; if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return or exchange your unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your PJs

  Place the unwashed and unworn items back in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure a smooth processing experience.

• 3.
  Print and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
